We’re after someone who brings energy, leadership, and a love of hospitality. You’ll be hands-on, passionate about creating a killer customer experience, and focused on building a strong, happy team. As the Venue Manager, you’ll run the show—overseeing daily operations, keeping the vibe high, and ensuring everything runs like clockwork. We’re after someone with solid experience running busy venues, who knows how to lead from the front, build a strong leadership team, and keep the momentum going. What's on Offer: Generous Salary $95,000 - $105,000 Super KPI Bonus - $44,000 P/A Opportunity to join Australia’s fastest-growing hospitality business with opportunities on an international scale. Essential requirements: 2 years of Venue Management experience Experience within the hospitality industry, food, product knowledge Experience in a high-turnover customer service environment Demonstrated experience in business development and strategic hospitality management Demonstrated team and leadership skills Good interpersonal skills Strong communication skills Demonstrated ability to learn and change Have a market awareness and trend analysis relevant to food and beverage in the area & industry Be able to implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfully State based qualifications RSA & Approved Managers License We value the diversity of our employees' experiences, talents, and cultures.
